Autumn has always enjoyed being active, but found her passion in yoga. Time and again she has found the best self-care is stepping onto her mat to “work in” as much as she steps onto it to work out. As an instructor, Autumn’s goal is to hold space for the VAULT community to feel supported showing up as they are to breathe and move in a way that feels empowering and purposeful. Outside the studio, you'll find Autumn ordering an iced chai latté, hanging out with friends, or soaking up sunshine/snuggled inside with (most likely) a thrilling mystery novel.
Fitness and athletics have always been a huge part of Cary's life. Cary played sports in high school, though most of her fitness journey has been in HIIT classes and on spin bikes. Cary earned her 200 hour in Bali and immediately felt compelled to share her practice with others.
After a few nomadic years in Southeast Asia, Cary returned to Rochester to enjoy family and plan out her next adventure. However, the universe had other plans for her and she's found her adventure right here at home on her yoga mat.

The City of Rochester has such an amazing history, and, through the efforts of many, is being reborn with spirit, strength and attitude. My vision was to create an urban, contemporary fitness studio for our unique community, something that Downtown has never seen before. From the best instructors in town, the lighting and sound systems, the lockers, showers and amenities, the unique art on the walls and the food in the grab and go fridge...the Vault experience is really special.
We focus on our member community as well as supporting our local business community to contribute to the growth of Rochester.
Michelle immediately fell in love with group fitness classes when her hockey career ended after college, and began teaching cycle in 2019. Since then, she has expanded into additional modalities beyond the cycle studio and loves the opportunity to help others diversify their class routines! In Michelle’s class you can expect big energy & big beat drops paired with a little Boston attitude. Come ready to work hard, have some laughs, and trust your magic!

Terrence’s love for sports and fitness comes from his father and brother, Travis. Growing up, he remembers his family talking boxing; mainly Mike Tyson. After seeing one of Tyson’s fights, he was hooked! Travis was the driving force for his involvement in track, baseball and football, bringing out Terrence’s competitive side. Utilizing his talent for sports, he earned himself a ticket to college and now gives back to the younger community by coaching track and football, pushing his athletes to not only be great competitors, but great students and great people.
Breanna played many sports growing up beginning with karate and gymnastics and then soccer, basketball, and softball. From youth sports, she learned of only two outcomes: winning or losing. Cycling and group fitness has shown her that there is so much more to fitness including moving in ways that make us feel good and being a part of a supportive community. Breanna has always loved music and is grateful to have found a way to use music to make us move, feel powerful, and give us the space to be our wildest, most authentic selves.

Ever since that first class, cycling has become a major part of her life and now views working out as a celebration of all that your body can do for you. When not in a cycle class you can find Mackenzie either at Chick-fil-A or watching the Bills!

After college, Sarah struggled with finding and starting a fitness routine. She instantly fell in love with the Zumba format. Two years later, she decided to become an instructor to hopefully inspire others who may have had the same struggles. Shortly after, she added running and strength training to her routine. When Sarah's not at Vault, you will find her around town with her biggest obsession - her dog, Turk. He's the one who inspired her post-class phrase "Please tell your pets I say hello."
